All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are considered final once shipped.

Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect expectations, or delayed shipping within our stated delivery timelines.


Refund Eligibility (If Approved)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You provide clear photo or video evidence

We reserve the right to issue:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Or a refund at our discretion


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delayed shipping within our stated timeframes

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to retrieve package from carrier or customs


REFUND TIMEFRAME

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Funds may take 5–10 additional business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer

Refund timelines are outside our control once issued.
