Delayed Orders
Shipping delays within the stated timeframes do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
We kindly ask customers to allow the full delivery window before contacting support regarding delayed shipments.
Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Claims of non-receipt must be reported within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
